Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day, subject to stock availability and order confirmation. Please note that orders are processed and shipped only on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods, please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipping.

Please note that we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders due to the Christmas shopping period. While we are doing our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible, same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed during this period.

Australia Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (1-9 Business Days): Free for orders over $99; otherwise, a flat rate of $10.
  • Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $15

All orders are shipped via courier and are fully trackable. To ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available between 9 AM and 5 PM. If no one is available, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest post office or depot for collection.

Please note that Australia Post may restrict delivery to some rural and semi-rural areas and may not offer signature delivery. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT, and regional areas might be subject to carrier delivery schedules. Expect longer delivery times during peak periods like public holidays, Christmas, and promotional events.

New Zealand Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 Business Days): $10 NZD
  • Express Shipping (3-6 Business Days): Free for orders over $150 NZD; otherwise, a flat rate of $15 NZD.

Singapore Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3-8 Business Days): Free for orders over $150 SGD; otherwise, a flat rate of $10 SGD. 
  • Express Shipping (2-4 Business Days): $15 SGD

United States Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (5-14 Business Days): Free for orders over $150 USD; otherwise, a flat rate of $10 USD.
  • DHL Express Shipping (3-5 business days): $20 USD

*Note: Due to recent tariff changes, some U.S. orders may now incur import duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Europe, Asia & Middle East

  • Standard Shipping (5-15 Business Days): $20 AUD

All orders are shipped via International Post, are fully trackable, and require a signature upon delivery. Orders are dispatched the next business day and typically arrive within 5-10 business days for standard shipping. Occasionally, customs or courier delays may affect delivery times.
