Refund policy
Skines products shall be delivered without defects. If your Skines product is defective, and we will be happy to replace it for free. Please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We would like you to be 100% happy with your purchase, so we offer a 30 days return window. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any opened/used items.
For returns unrelated to product defects, such as a change of mind, customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please email hello@skines.online or call 1300 892 703 within 30 days of your products arriving so we can resolve any problems you might have with our products.
You will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping in the original form of payment. We recommend that you return your products using prepaid registered post and insure all items, as you assume all associated risks whilst the items are in transit. If you decide not to get insurance, Skines Pty Ltd will not take any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Additionally, all clearance items are not eligible for returns.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.
If your return is accepted, You will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping in the original form of payment.
Please note that refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organisations.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value will be charged to cover merchant processing fees and restocking costs. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the original form of payment and may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
